I'm working on a project that requires precise on-screen measurements, and I'm trying to find a reliable online cm ruler. There are tons of websites out there, but accuracy seems to vary depending on screen size and calibration.

Does anyone have experience using one that stays true to scale or allows for screen calibration? I'd also love recommendations on tools that are easy to use without needing to install anything. Ideally, something browser-based that works on both desktop and mobile.
