Looking for a Way to Build Stability Without Overhauling My Life

Giant life changes overwhelm me, but small habits never seem to add up to anything. I’m stuck between wanting transformation and wanting something gentle enough not to trigger burnout. If anyone has found a subtle system that still produces real results, how did it work for you?
 
Stability began forming when change shrank to the smallest units of behavior and stopped demanding spectacular effort.
