Any tips on increasing feature adoption in SaaS apps?

Our product team has been adding new features constantly, but only a small fraction of users are trying them out. I think we’re missing some sort of incentive or engagement layer. I’ve read that gamification and rewards can help, but I don’t know where to start or how to integrate that without building a whole system.
