I’m interested in starting Reiki training but feeling a bit overwhelmed by the options out there. Has anyone taken a Reiki course they’d recommend, either online or in-person? I’m especially curious about what to look for in a good teacher and how to know if a training program is reputable.
I’ve heard that the quality of Reiki training can vary a lot, so any advice on spotting the best programs would be helpful. Also, how long does it usually take to complete the different Reiki levels? Any tips or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!
